Vera Torbolov is excited to bring MELT® to Pilates Naturally. The MELT® Method is a simple self-treatment method which combats chronic pain, improves performance, and decreases accumulated stresses caused by repetitive postures and movements caused by everyday living. MELT® was created by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann, based in New York City, and it’s now being delivered across the US by Hitzmann trained instructors. Vera is the first Australian based practitioner of this specialised technique!

MELT Hand and Foot Classes are designed to rehydrate your connective tissue, rebalance your nervous system, and get your body’s natural healing mechanisms back on track. By stimulating the hands and feet with MELT Hand and Foot Treatment balls, these easy to learn treatments can help you alleviate common hand and foot problems, as well as neck and back tension. The MELT Hand and Foot Treatment is a unique treatment that will make your whole body feel better. MELT Hand and Foot Classes are lead by trained MELT Hand and Foot Instructors and MELT Instructors.
MELT Length Classes use a specially designed Soft Body Roller and the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment balls to simulate the results of hands-on manual therapy treatments. These techniques rehydrate connective tissue, rebalance the nervous system, promote healing, reduce inflammation, decompress the neck and low back, improve core stability, mobilize joints, stimulate organ function, increase flexibility, and much more. MELT Length Classes are lead by trained MELT Instructors who are also trained in the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment.
MELTed Pilates Classes use MELT techniques to prepare the body to execute Pilates moves more accurately for greater benefit and to give the mat moves the same precision offered by apparatus work. MELTed Pilates Classes use a combination of self-care tools, including the MELT Half Roller and Soft Body Roller. MELTed Pilates Classes are lead by trained MELTed Pilates Instructors who are trained in MELT Length and the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment.
